Fraternal Order of Law Enforcement

The Fraternal Order of Law Enforcement was founded by William (Bill) C. Keefer to keep Law Enforcement Officers as well as the public up dated on issues affecting public safety. This job has now been passed to Richard Johns by Mr. Keefer. Bill Keefer is still with the Association as a consultant.

This website has up to date information on what is happening with regards to public safety, news articles and issues that affect not only the safety of Law Enforcement Officers but the general public.
